Celebrating Arts, Kindness, and Community

At Shattuck St. Mary’s International School Vietnam, the arts are more than a form of creative expression. They are a powerful way for students to develop empathy, compassion, and a sense of responsibility toward others.

During the 2026 Spring Arts Collective, student creativity extended beyond the gallery to make a meaningful impact on the wider community. Through the silent auction and the sale of student artwork, the SSM Vietnam community raised 9,630,000 VND in support of SOS Children’s Village Hai Phong.

This initiative reflects the values at the heart of an American education. Alongside artistic excellence, students learn that their talents can inspire positive change and contribute to something greater than themselves. By connecting creativity with service, they grow not only as artists, but also as compassionate, responsible individuals who are prepared to make a meaningful difference in the world.
