At Shattuck-St. Mary’s International School Vietnam (SSM Vietnam), our school traditions are a cherished part of what makes our community special. Throughout the year, we come together to celebrate key events that foster connection, creativity, and school spirit. Key School Traditions:

  • Halloween Festivities: A fun-filled day of costume contests, themed activities, and creative expression for students, staff and families.
  • Thanksgiving Gathering: A special event focused on gratitude and community, where students and faculty come together to reflect on the season.
  • Winter Showcase: A festive gathering during the last week before winter break, where families are invited to see students showcase their artistic talents. 
  • Spring Festival: A celebration of the changing season, featuring music, games, and showcasing the diverse talents of our school community.
  • Graduation Celebration: A special end-of-year event honoring students as they transition to the next stage of their education. The SSM Vietnam community, along with parents, will come together to celebrate the achievements, growth, and memories of the students, marking this important milestone in their academic journey.
