SSM Vietnam Students Shine at the World Scholar’s Cup Tournament of Champions at Yale University

SSM Vietnam is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students at the World Scholar’s Cup Tournament of Champions (ToC), held at Yale University in New Haven, USA. This prestigious global round brings together top scholars from 67 countries, following their success at both Regional and Global Rounds.

Recognized for its academic rigor, the ToC challenges students through high-level debating, collaborative problem-solving, critical writing, and interdisciplinary knowledge through the Scholar’s Challenge.

This year, more than 2,500 students competed at the event, and our SSM Vietnam scholars earned remarkable results:

🏅 Khoi (Grade 9) — 8 medals!

3 Gold (in Team Scholar’s Bowl, Team Writing, Debate, 6th place in Challenge-Art & Music)

5 Silver (in Team Writing, 119th place in Overall Challenge, Collaborative Writing, 36th place in Challenge-History, 59th place in Challenge-Literature & Media

Jet (Grade 9) — 7 medals:

4 Gold (in Team Scholar’s Bowl, Team Writing, Team Debate, Collaborative Writing)

3 Silver (Scholar’s Challenge, Debate, 59th place in Challenge-Literature & Media)

Nghĩa (Grade 9) — Team awards, including 1 Gold in Team Scholar’s Bowl and 1 Silver in Team Writing
